DJ Hero gets some competition
The hip hop rhythm game genre isn’t even out yet and there’s already challengers. “Scratch: Ultimate DJ” promises input from Quincy Jones III (The son of the important one), “distinctive urban environments” (ew), “a diverse array of DJ personalities” (snooze) and… wait for it… “players use a realistic turn-table controller, the Scratch Deck, created by Numark, the world’s largest manufacturer of DJ equipment, to manipulate music tracks in real-time.”
If the track list is any good – and all we’ve heard is “original recordings from the catalogs of many top urban artists,” then this is a must-buy.
