Eminem's memoir drops tomorrow
A lot of excitement has built up in the hip hop world over Eminem’s upcoming Dre-produced Relapse. Word has it the production will sound a lot like Detox except existent. In the meantime you can listen to the new track (but you’ve already done that) or pick up his new autobiography, The Way I Am, out tomorrow from Dutton Books.
That’s right…Marshall Mathers is putting out an Eminemoir!
The Way I Am is a 200-plus page book featuring text, behind-the-scene photographs, and original lyric sheets of some of Slim’s most popular songs. It chronicles the rapper’s rise to fame, from his rough childhood to being discovered by Dr. Dre, and it is certain to provide plenty more excuses for those of us who want to justify the fact that we like “97 Bonnie and Clyde.”
Anybody want to write a book review?
