Remember back when Kanye’s mom died and he stopped blogging for three months? Bad times. So in her memory, the California State Legislature introduced a bill that would require cosmetic surgery patients to take a physical before going under the knife. The legislature loved it… Arnold vetoed it. MTV News reports…

‘With this summer’s historic 80-day delay in passing the state budget, Schwarzenegger said he had time to enact only the top-priority legislation. “This bill does not meet that standard, and I cannot sign it at this time,” read the veto message, one of dozens Schwarzenegger issued Sunday.’

It’s not that hard, Arnold. You want liposuction? You get a physical. Step one, step two. How many more celebrity moms must die?
